ABOUT LIVING HOPE

Living Hope Ministries Church is an Apostolic Cell Church, meeting on a weekly basis in small home-based groups and coming together for corporate Celebrations twice a month. Unlike some formalized churches with cells, Living Hope is a true Cell Church. Living Hope recognizes the need for on-going relationship building between believers outside of formal and ritualistic church services. We feel called by God to provide a place where believers can edified, taught, and allowed to discover, manifest, and grow their particular spiritual gifts. Most importantly, Living Hope reaches out to non-believers, striving to provide a safe refuge and emotional haven for growth in the knowledge of how much God loves all people and wants them to be a part of His Kingdom.

WHY ARE WE STRUCTURED LIKE THIS?

Before Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven, He instructed His many disciples to continue their fellowship and growth in the faith. The disciples began to meet in small home-based groups during the week and corporate celebrations on the first day of the week. Jesus Christ referred to believers as the Church. It wasn't until the fourth century that formalized church buildings were built.

In this New Testiment structure, Living Hope focuses on the nitty-gritty, the heart of the Kingdom, enjoying the Christian discipline in unity, sharing, encouraging, building a new peace and a new church that lives within the heart, just as the early disciples intended.

OUR VISION AND MISSION

Living Hope Ministries Church, Inc., is a non-denominational, cell-based ministry which models New Testament Christianity, Our goal is to pray like Jesus prays, love like Jesus loves, live like Jesus lives, and give like Jesus gives, seeking to obey the Father, to love people, to meet the spirit, soul, and physical needs of others, as we make disciples and equip the Saints for the 21st Century Church. Guided by the Spirit's anointing, we strive to fulfill the words of Jesus in Luke 4:18-19, which says,

The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor.

Our mission is to equip every member to fulfill his or her God-ordained destiny of spiritual maturity for useful service in the Army of God.

OUR PURPOSE

Living Hope Ministries Church purposes to model the New Testament Church in structure and five-fold ministry, according to the book of Acts, in which people will be equipped for the Day of the Saints Movement by apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, and evangelists, whose function in the local congregation is to effectively bring the Kingdom of God to our neighborhoods, cities, states, nations, and the world, by decreeing the message of reconciliation to all racial and ethnic groups, genders, economic and social groups, and governmental arenas.

OUR STRATEGY

Living Hope Ministries Church seeks to fulfill its purpose through basic Christian communities called Cells, where each member is trained to fulfill their personal destiny. Training takes place in weekly Cell Meetings, bi-weekly Celebration Meeting, Training Seminars, and Conferences. One on one mentoring relationships are established between senior members and new attendees. The mentors are responsible for imparting the Love of God and a desire to positively affect their area of influence.
